AT COVERINGS 2017, TURKISH PRODUCTS PRIMED FOR THE USA WERE ON DISPLAY

For immediate release: Coverings, the largest tile and stone show in North America with nine miles of the latest trends and exhibitors from across the globe, takes place in Orlando, FL from April 4th through April 7th. And, Turkishceramics was there, showcasing new products developed specifically for the United States marketplace.

“Our manufacturer-members who will be exhibiting at the exposition, have spent much R & D time to ultimately, bring products to America which offer great potential for distributors, dealers, contractors, architects, designers and end-users,” declared Mr. Ahmet Yamaner of Turkishceramics. “We all look forward to meeting with show attendees firsthand, and to introduce and explain about these wonderful Turkish-manufactured tile materials.”
 


Turkishceramics exhibitors at Coverings 2017 include the following:

Ege Seramik’s URBANWOOD Tile is a slightly textured glazed porcelain tile offering the look of rugged, weathered natural wood. Each URBANWOOD Tile is produced to bring the outdoors… indoors. Offering random, neutral colors, the product is produced using advanced, high definition, inkjet techniques printed on an 8x48 plank. BOOTH #3053

 

Usak Seramik will be introducing TUFO ANTHRACITE to America. This 24x48 inch technical porcelain floor tile has been inspired by the most beautiful of natural stones, bringing elegance together with various other color options. BOOTH #4253

 

Kale Seramik’s Kalebodur brand has added the KALEINTERFLEX product line, one of the largest, thinnest and most flexible porcelain ceramics in the world with a width of 1 meter, a height of 3 meters and a thickness of only 3 millimeters. With its brand new technology, this series offers a wide range of application possibilities due to its large size and fine structure. BOOTH #1739

 

Bien Seramik will be showcasing a warm look to living spaces with ALATURCA, a range reflecting the spirit of old Ottoman and Turkish motifs. These motifs, which were widespread in the past but now are very labor-intensive/time consuming to make, are bought to life again with ALATURCA. BOOTH # 4445

 

NG Kutahya Seramik has recently signed a contract with SACMI for its 9th factory, which will start production in May of this year.  Visitors to Coverings are urged to come to BOOTH #3741 and learn about the new product and business opportunities this increased production capacity offers customers and prospects in the US.

 

Turkishceramics’ Pavilion was located at BOOTH # 4441. Show attendees were invited to stop by and charge their devices at the new “Charging Station,”... and, to enjoy authentic Turkish coffee, offered to all visitors.
 

TURKISHCERAMICS

Turkishceramics is the promotion group for ceramic manufacturers and exporters in Turkey. Representing over 30 individual companies, the group’s mission is to raise awareness of Turkish ceramics abroad and communicate the quality of Turkish ceramic sanitary ware and tiles. Ceramic production in Turkey has a long history and rich tradition, with the first ceramics being created in Anatolia over 8,000 years ago. Turkish ceramic producers are proud to continue this tradition of innovation today with a creative approach and a broad range of products for both the professional and consumer markets.
